Entry Rules:

1. Enter to win one Ticket Package (2 3-Day Tickets with 1 Campsite)
2. One Ticket Package given away per month. You may only win one package in a concert year.
2. You agree to email blasts once a month on updates of what's happening in 2010.
3. You must fill out the form completely including LAST NAME and PHONE NUMBER to be eligible for the monthly drawing. All you info is confidential, we need to have ALL your contact information in order to process the tickets. We throw out your name if you haven't entered ALL your info.
4. We will randomly select the winner based on monthly sign-ups.
5. Month is from the 1st thru 31st or end of the month date.
6. Must be 18 years or older to enter and win.

• Participant agrees to provide only true and accurate information to Headwaters Country Jam at all times. In conjunction with claiming ticket package, participant agrees to verify that all information is up-to-date and accurate by providing a valid driver's license or state photo ID that substantially matches the information in their contact info.
• Headwaters Country Jam ticket packages are not transferable. Awards may not be substituted for cash or any other items or merchandise.
• Any award claims are subject to verification by Headwater Country Jam management. All decisions made by Headwater Country Jam management are final.
• Ticket Packages will be awarded and distributed at the discretion of Headwaters Country Jam.
