  • Headwaters Country Jam is a rain or shine event
  • DO NOT buy passes from a 3rd party/Scalper
  • We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a 3rd party or scalper
  • We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions
  • All patrons subject to search
  • Line up subject to change without notice
  • No re-entry for single day tickets or day parking
  • All orders are subject to fees
  • Wristbands void when tampered
  • All sales final. No refunds

Admission

All 3-day tickets include

  • Access to the venue for all 3 days including main stage and all food and merchandise vendors
  • 1 wristband for the entire weekend – tickets are non-transferrable

All VIP Tickets also include:

  • Exclusive access to fenced VIP area in front of stage
  • Daily “Happy Hour” with free beer in VIP area at VIP bar window only
  • Commemorative Headwaters Country Jam lawn chair
  • Unlimited water and soda
  • Exclusive VIP porto-potties

Payment Plan/EZ-Pay:

  • EZ Pay allows you to split your purchase up into 4 monthly payments
  • You will be billed once per month (on the same day as your original order) until the balance is paid in full
  • Once paid in full, your tickets will be emailed to you
  • Under this payment plan, you will see an additional fee of $8.00

Upgrades:

  • Upgrades must be done by calling us at 855.821.9212
  • ALL UPGRADES SHOULD BE DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO ENSURE RECEIPT OF NEW CREDENTIAL (orders/upgrades done within 2 weeks of the show may be required to pick up at the festival)
  • Upgrade pricing is subject to current price of the desired ticket less the original order total

 Camping at Headwaters Country Jam

All campsites include one steering mechanism and one sleeping unit; an RV counts as both

Generators are allowed; must be turned off during quiet hours

Quiet hours start at 2:00 am

Campsites range from 20’-40’ wide and are 40’ deep. Your camper or RV must fit entirely in your space

Any camper or RV longer than your site must purchase multiple sites

All roads in the campgrounds are fire lanes and must be kept clear at all times

Be courteous to your neighbors, if you have an onboard generator, consider buying a Generator exhaust kit (like this one) to route the CO2 out of yours and surrounding campground

No hook ups are available

Water and sewer services available, check on site for contact information

VIP/Premier Camping:

Located near the entrance to the festival grounds

Assigned 20’x40’ site

Luxury Camping:

Located near the entrance to the festival grounds

Assigned 40’x40’ campsite

Big Sky Camping:

Located east of the festival grounds

Assigned 20’x40’ campsite

ADA Camping:

Located south of the festival grounds

Assigned 20×40’ campsite

Family/Quiet Camping:

Located south of the festival grounds

Assigned 20×40’ campsite

Standard Camping (KYSS Country, CAT Country, & XL Country Camping):

Located west of the concert field

Assigned 20’x40’ campsite


Parking & Add Ons

3-Day Weekend Parking:

Valid for all 3 days

The entrance to Day parking is located to the southeast of the concert bowl

Overnight parking is permitted in this lot

NO TAILGATING OR CAMPING

NO BUSSES, RVS, OVERSIZED VANS, CAMPERS WILL BE ALLOWED

Day Parking is non-transferable and the same vehicle must be used all weekend


After You Buy

Some things to note about what happens after you place your order:

Make sure that your email address is correct so we send the tickets to the right address

Tickets will be emailed starting in May

The tickets will come from festivalticketing.com and will be a PDF attachment

Print all pages and bring them to the box office or tollbooth to exchange for wristbands/stickers

DO NOT PRINT MULTIPLE TIMES! Barcodes are one time use only

Separately placed orders are emailed separately

Last day to place an order for email fulfillment is May 31st (all orders after will be pick up only)

Wristband/Sticker Pickup:

All patrons must be present, all credentials must leave on the wrist of a patron

Only the original purchaser may pick up and must present valid photo ID

No alternate name pickups allowed
